APIE's Math Classroom Coaching Program

APIE Math Coaches meet weekly with small groups of middle school students during math class to help increase their understanding of math. Learn more about this program here. 

Registration is closed for this school year. Sign up to be notified when registration reopens for Fall 2025.

APIE's Mentor Program: Secondary Schools

Since 2004, we have connected thousands of students with caring volunteer mentors from our community. 

Due to funding cuts and shifts in AISD’s most needed areas of support, APIE cannot continue our mentoring program for the 2025-2026 school year.

APIE's Next Chapter

After more than 20 years of supporting Austin ISD students, APIE’s programs have transitioned to the district and are funded by the Austin Ed Fund to ensure sustainability. We’re proud of the impact we’ve made together and deeply grateful for our community of volunteers, partners, and supporters who helped thousands of students prepare for college and career success.
