Ipinakilala ng APIE ang APP noong 2012 bilang tugon sa lumalaking bilang ng mga pangangailangan ng paaralan ng AISD para sa mga supply at iba pang mapagkukunan.<\/p>\n<p>Ang APP ay isang online na sasakyan na nagbibigay-daan sa mga paaralan na iparating ang kanilang mga pangangailangan sa publiko. Sa pamamagitan ng APP, ang komunidad ay maaaring ma-access at suriin ang Mga Listahan ng Kahilingan ng mga paaralan at matukoy kung makakatulong sila na matugunan ang mga pangangailangan.
