(Tout ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p>La bonne r\u00e9ponse est (d).<\/p>\n<p>Cette semaine, j&#039;ai rencontr\u00e9 l&#039;\u00e9quipe de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles d&#039;IBM alors qu&#039;ils se dirigeaient vers la classe de math\u00e9matiques \u00e0 la Burnet Middle School. Quel groupe impressionnant de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles!<\/p>\n<p>Mon entretien initial a commenc\u00e9 avec Andrew Holle. Andrew, un ing\u00e9nieur chez IBM, a fait du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat en tant qu&#039;entra\u00eeneur de classe de math\u00e9matiques avec nous l&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Cette ann\u00e9e, une dizaine de ses coll\u00e8gues le rejoignent alors qu&#039;il entame sa deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de coaching.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew est un gars facile \u00e0 parler. Il est super intelligent, informatif et sympathique. De toute \u00e9vidence, il a une passion pour le service. Et il se soucie des enfants et de l&#039;\u00e9ducation. Ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 une vraie victoire pour Austin Partners in Education, c&#039;est qu&#039;il n&#039;est pas le seul chez IBM \u00e0 correspondre \u00e0 cette description. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur engagement corporatif, en plus de l&#039;engagement personnel extr\u00eame de 13 entra\u00eeneurs b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, toute une classe d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e8ves de la Burnet Middle School va passer un bon moment cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 apprendre les math\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n<p>Jarom Pe\u00f1a, un autre membre de l&#039;\u00e9quipe IBM est n\u00e9 dans la vall\u00e9e du Rio Grande et, en tant qu&#039;enfant du milieu de huit ans, d\u00e9crit son \u00e9ducation comme un v\u00e9ritable m\u00e9lange de cultures, de personnalit\u00e9s, d&#039;\u00e9ducation et d&#039;id\u00e9es. Ses parents ont toujours mis l&#039;accent sur l&#039;importance de l&#039;\u00e9ducation et du travail acharn\u00e9. Il explique pourquoi il entra\u00eene comme suit: \u00abJe veux avoir une influence positive dans la vie de ces \u00e9tudiants.
