Tous ceux qui travaillent chez Austin Partners in Education sont \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9voles. Je me suis inscrit au coaching de classe de lecture de 6e ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de l&#039;entra\u00eenement, je me suis retrouv\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois nerveux et excit\u00e9 par l&#039;exp\u00e9rience, ne sachant pas exactement \u00e0 quoi m&#039;attendre. La formation de deux heures guide vraiment une personne \u00e0 travers le processus \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape. Nous avons appris notre r\u00f4le, comment 6<sup>e<\/sup> les \u00e9valuateurs voient le monde et comment interagir avec eux pour obtenir les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Notre coordonnatrice de programme, Jannette, nous a \u00e9galement fait d\u00e9couvrir notre cahier de programme que nous utilisons chaque semaine avec les enfants.<\/p>\n<p>Alejandro \u00e9tait \u00e0 la m\u00eame table que moi pour l&#039;entra\u00eenement, donc nous \u00e9tions dans le m\u00eame groupe quand est venu le temps de jouer en tant que 6e. J&#039;ai beaucoup appris de cette exp\u00e9rience alors que Jannette jouait le r\u00f4le d&#039;entra\u00eeneur avec nous, les \u00abenfants\u00bb. Et, nous avons ri. En fin de compte, nous sommes tous les deux assez dr\u00f4les comme 6<sup>e<\/sup> niveleuses.<\/p>\n<p>Alejandro est entra\u00eeneur de deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e et a gentiment offert des observations et des conseils qui ont renforc\u00e9 ma confiance et ma compr\u00e9hension. Apr\u00e8s la formation, les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles se rendent \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cole quelques jours avant la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de coaching et rencontrent l&#039;enseignant. Alejandro \u00e9tait l\u00e0 aussi ce jour-l\u00e0, solidaire et optimiste comme d&#039;habitude.<\/p>\n<p>Et, alors que nous nous tenions tous les dix devant la porte de la classe lors de notre premier jour en tant qu&#039;entra\u00eeneurs de la vraie vie, il a juste souri et a parl\u00e9 de la fa\u00e7on dont nous allions tous sortir de cette porte en 45 minutes en souriant \u00e0 quel point l&#039;exp\u00e9rience \u00e9tait agr\u00e9able. Il avait raison, bien sur. Je n&#039;ai jamais vu un groupe d&#039;adultes rayonner comme nous l&#039;\u00e9tions ce premier jour. Nous semblons sortir souriant \u00e0 chaque fois. Cela vous laisse avec la connaissance que vous faites une diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Les entra\u00eeneurs se rencontrent pendant cinq \u00e0 dix minutes avant et apr\u00e8s chaque s\u00e9ance pour se soutenir mutuellement et partager des id\u00e9es. Alejandro continuera de m&#039;encadrer en tant qu&#039;entra\u00eeneur alors que nous travaillons ensemble en classe pendant l&#039;ann\u00e9e.
