J&#039;ai rejoint Austin Partners in Education en tant que directeur des communications en ao\u00fbt dernier. Je suis Jennifer Rees et je serai la blogueuse principale ici.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des deux mois que j&#039;ai pass\u00e9s ici, j&#039;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que les avantages de travailler pour une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif communautaire ne cessent de se manifester, mais trois grandes joies refont surface encore et encore.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier est de faire un travail qui compte pour les gens qui se soucient. Cela facilite le travail.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde consiste \u00e0 travailler avec des personnes partageant les m\u00eames id\u00e9es et passionn\u00e9es par l&#039;\u00e9ducation. J&#039;ai eu la chance de travailler avec des \u00e9quipages stellaires dans ma vie, mais je suis toujours \u00e9tonn\u00e9 par ce groupe d&#039;individus bienveillants. (Faites du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat avec nous et vous pourrez aussi les rencontrer.)<\/p>\n<p>La troisi\u00e8me grande joie est de rencontrer les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui dirigent cette organisation, donnant inlassablement de leur temps pour aider les \u00e9tudiants de la r\u00e9gion d&#039;Austin \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir et \u00e0 avoir une chance de vivre une belle vie.<\/p>\n<p>Pour vous donner la m\u00eame opportunit\u00e9 de rencontrer nos b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, j&#039;ai ajout\u00e9 un <a href=\"http:\/\/austinpartners.org\/fr\/spotlight\/\">Projecteur <\/a>page sur notre site Web.
