Vous leur offrez la possibilit\u00e9 d&#039;assister et de terminer avec succ\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes coll\u00e9giales, d&#039;offrir une vie meilleure \u00e0 leurs familles et de profiter du sentiment d&#039;avoir accompli quelque chose d&#039;important tout au long de leur vie.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Quels conseils partagez-vous avec vos \u00e9l\u00e8ves?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Il n&#039;existe pas de \u00absucc\u00e8s garanti\u00bb et peut-\u00eatre qu&#039;il ne devrait pas y en avoir. Cependant, la chose la plus proche du \u00absucc\u00e8s garanti\u00bb est d&#039;obtenir une \u00e9ducation coll\u00e9giale.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous vous occupez d&#039;abord de votre entreprise, presque tout le reste prendra soin de lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abOn ne passe pas de temps, on l\u2019investit\u00bb - inconnu\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Comment le coaching en classe a-t-il eu un impact positif sur un ou plusieurs de vos \u00e9l\u00e8ves? <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>J&#039;ai expliqu\u00e9 comment d\u00e9velopper un \u00abformat de plan formel\u00bb et comment chaque paragraphe se rapporte \u00e0 chaque phrase du paragraphe d&#039;introduction. La lumi\u00e8re s&#039;est vraiment allum\u00e9e pour l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e8ve et il m&#039;a regard\u00e9 droit dans les yeux et a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00abc&#039;est vraiment important\u00bb. Il parlait de la fa\u00e7on dont cette le\u00e7on allait avoir un impact sur sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9diger des articles \u00e0 partir de ce moment, m\u00eame \u00e0 l&#039;universit\u00e9. Il a compl\u00e8tement reconnu le potentiel de cette seule le\u00e7on! C&#039;est le sens de la r\u00e9compense et de la gratification personnelles que je vais poursuivre dans toutes mes d\u00e9cisions personnelles, professionnelles et de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 partir de maintenant.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Quel est l&#039;impact du coaching en classe sur votre vie? <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Je termine un baccalaur\u00e9at et je veux obtenir un dipl\u00f4me d&#039;\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es. Cette exp\u00e9rience m&#039;a donn\u00e9 un excellent aper\u00e7u de ce qui me donne un haut niveau de gratification et un sentiment de r\u00e9compense personnelle. Mon plan de dipl\u00f4me et mes choix de carri\u00e8re ult\u00e9rieurs seront bas\u00e9s sur ce que je pense offrira le m\u00eame niveau de gratification et de r\u00e9compense personnelle que j&#039;ai exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 pendant le mentorat.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Enfin, David ajoute:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Vous avez vraiment le potentiel d&#039;avoir un impact positif sur ces jeunes pour le reste de leur vie.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Une telle d\u00e9claration vraie.
