Au cours du Mois national du mentorat, nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brons les contributions de tous ceux qui cultivent un environnement favorable pour la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et nous nous engageons de nouveau \u00e0 \u00e9largir les possibilit\u00e9s de mentorat \u00e0 travers notre pays \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u00a0Le mentorat ne n\u00e9cessite pas de comp\u00e9tences particuli\u00e8res, juste une capacit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9coute et d&#039;offrir amiti\u00e9, conseils et encouragement \u00e0 un jeune. Il existe des preuves solides que des programmes de mentorat efficaces peuvent am\u00e9liorer les comportements scolaires, r\u00e9duire l&#039;incidence de la consommation de substances et r\u00e9duire les taux d&#039;abandon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/austinpartners.org\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Austin Partners in Education<\/a> compte actuellement 800 mentors au service des \u00e9tudiants d&#039;Austin.
