C&#039;\u00e9tait la f\u00eate habituelle du potluck de bureau, avec une suralimentation requise. Une chose pour laquelle je suis reconnaissant est de travailler dans un groupe avec autant de \u00abgourmets\u00bb. La tartinade \u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois saine et d\u00e9lectable.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons not\u00e9 la myriade de transitions que l&#039;APIE a travers\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e et honor\u00e9 les nombreuses raisons pour lesquelles nous sommes reconnaissants. Nous avons dit adieu \u00e0 sept membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe en 2011, dont Kathrin Brewer, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale fondatrice de l&#039;APIE. Nous remercions Kathrin pour sa vision d&#039;une communaut\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9e pour l&#039;\u00e9ducation et ses dons en tant que connecteur. Celles-ci ont \u00e9t\u00e9 essentielles au succ\u00e8s dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie l&#039;APIE aujourd&#039;hui. Nous avons accueilli neuf nouveaux membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, dont moi-m\u00eame, et sommes reconnaissants des comp\u00e9tences et des capacit\u00e9s accrues que chacun apporte \u00e0 la mission APIE. Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons \u00e9tendu nos programmes \u00e0 de nouvelles \u00e9coles et niveaux, nous avons intensifi\u00e9 notre jeu sur la pr\u00e9paration des coll\u00e8ges et nous avons tir\u00e9 parti de solutions technologiques pour gagner en efficacit\u00e9 dans toutes nos offres. Nous avons prolong\u00e9 la conversation avec nos parties prenantes via les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Suivez-nous sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/austinpartnersineducation\">Facebook<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/austin-partners-in-education\">LinkedIn<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/AustinPartners\">Twitter<\/a>, ainsi que ce blog.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes profond\u00e9ment reconnaissants \u00e0 nos donateurs, car sans eux, ce travail ne serait pas possible. Nous sommes reconnaissants pour les 859 b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui donnent plus de 1000 heures par semaine en coaching en classe. Nous honorons \u00e9galement les 700 mentors et plus de 1500 autres b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui enrichissent l&#039;exp\u00e9rience \u00e9ducative des \u00e9tudiants d&#039;Austin ISD. Le c\u0153ur et l&#039;esprit de ces b\u00e9n\u00e9voles impr\u00e8gnent chaque jour l&#039;univers APIE. Ils nous inspirent et nous soutiennent.<\/p>\n<p>2011 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e de transformation pour l&#039;APIE. Pourtant, beaucoup de choses restent constantes: le soutien de nos partenaires directeurs, le Austin Independent School District et la Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce; la passion de notre personnel et de nos b\u00e9n\u00e9voles pour le travail que nous accomplissons dans les \u00e9coles \u00e0 besoins \u00e9lev\u00e9s; la collaboration avec plus de 70 enseignants dont nous soutenons les salles de classe; le sentiment de triomphe chaque fois qu&#039;un \u00e9l\u00e8ve conna\u00eet une r\u00e9ussite scolaire.
