Todos los que trabajan en Austin Partners in Education tambi\u00e9n son voluntarios. Me inscrib\u00ed en el entrenamiento de lectura en el aula de sexto grado.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando comenz\u00f3 el entrenamiento, me encontr\u00e9 con una combinaci\u00f3n de nerviosismo y entusiasmo por la experiencia, sin saber exactamente qu\u00e9 esperar. El entrenamiento de dos horas realmente gu\u00eda a la persona a trav\u00e9s del proceso paso a paso. Aprendimos sobre nuestro rol, c\u00f3mo 6<sup>th<\/sup> Los evaluadores ven el mundo y c\u00f3mo interactuar con ellos para obtener los mejores resultados. Nuestra coordinadora del programa, Jannette, tambi\u00e9n nos llev\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de nuestro cuaderno de curr\u00edculo que usamos cada semana con los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Alejandro estaba en la misma mesa que yo para los entrenamientos, as\u00ed que est\u00e1bamos en el mismo grupo cuando lleg\u00f3 el momento del juego de roles como alumnos de sexto grado. Aprend\u00ed mucho de esa experiencia cuando Jannette desempe\u00f1\u00f3 el papel de entrenadora con nosotros los &#039;ni\u00f1os&#039;. Y nos re\u00edmos. Termina, los dos somos bastante divertidos como 6<sup>th<\/sup> clasificadores.<\/p>\n<p>Alejandro es entrenador de segundo a\u00f1o y amablemente ofreci\u00f3 observaciones y consejos que reforzaron mi confianza y mi comprensi\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n, los voluntarios van a la escuela unos d\u00edas antes de la primera sesi\u00f3n de coaching y conocen al profesor. Alejandro tambi\u00e9n estuvo all\u00ed ese d\u00eda, solidario y optimista como siempre.<\/p>\n<p>Y, mientras los diez est\u00e1bamos afuera de la puerta del sal\u00f3n de clases en nuestro primer d\u00eda como entrenadores de la vida real, \u00e9l solo sonri\u00f3 y habl\u00f3 sobre c\u00f3mo \u00edbamos a salir por esa puerta en 45 minutos sonriendo sobre lo bien que se siente la experiencia. \u00c9l tenia raz\u00f3n, por supuesto. Nunca he visto a un grupo de adultos con una sonrisa radiante como lo hicimos nosotros ese primer d\u00eda. Parece que salimos sonriendo todo el tiempo. Te deja con el conocimiento de que est\u00e1s marcando la diferencia.<\/p>\n<p>Los entrenadores se re\u00fanen entre cinco y diez minutos antes y despu\u00e9s de cada sesi\u00f3n para apoyarse mutuamente y compartir ideas. Alejandro continuar\u00e1 orient\u00e1ndome como entrenador mientras trabajamos juntos en el sal\u00f3n de clases durante el a\u00f1o.
