Me un\u00ed a Austin Partners in Education como Directora de Comunicaciones en agosto pasado. Soy Jennifer Rees y ser\u00e9 la bloguera principal aqu\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En los r\u00e1pidos dos meses que he estado aqu\u00ed, me he dado cuenta de que los beneficios de trabajar para una organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro basada en la comunidad siguen llegando, pero tres grandes alegr\u00edas realmente afloran una y otra vez.<\/p>\n<p>El primero es hacer un trabajo importante para las personas que se preocupan. Seguro que hace que llegar al trabajo sea f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo es trabajar con personas de ideas afines a las que tambi\u00e9n les apasiona la educaci\u00f3n. He tenido la suerte de trabajar con algunos equipos estelares en mi vida, pero este grupo de personas afectuosas me sorprende continuamente. (Sea voluntario con nosotros y tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 conocerlos).<\/p>\n<p>La tercera gran alegr\u00eda es conocer a los voluntarios que impulsan esta organizaci\u00f3n, dando incansablemente de su tiempo para ayudar a los estudiantes del \u00e1rea de Austin a tener \u00e9xito y tener la oportunidad de una gran vida.<\/p>\n<p>Para que tenga la misma oportunidad de conocer a nuestros voluntarios, agregu\u00e9 un <a href=\"http:\/\/austinpartners.org\/es\/spotlight\/\">Destacar <\/a>p\u00e1gina a nuestro sitio web.
