Esta es mi oportunidad de transmitirlo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: \u00bfC\u00f3mo ha sido tu experiencia como mentor hasta ahora? \u00bfC\u00f3mo ha cambiado a lo largo de los a\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>UNA: <\/strong>Mi experiencia siempre ha sido positiva. Solo he tenido hijos durante un a\u00f1o y he tenido uno de mis hijos actuales durante la mayor parte de su vida acad\u00e9mica. Ambos escenarios tienen beneficios y desaf\u00edos interesantes. Creo que mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva. M\u00e1s importante a\u00fan, siento, espero, que no importa cu\u00e1nto tiempo tenga la oportunidad de ser mentor de un ni\u00f1o, se lleva una experiencia positiva, que alg\u00fan d\u00eda recordar\u00e1n nuestras conversaciones y que el recuerdo podr\u00eda tener un impacto positivo en ellos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: \u00bfQu\u00e9 le gusta de la mentor\u00eda? \u00bfQu\u00e9 le hace volver a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>UNA: <\/strong>Me encanta poder interactuar con estos incre\u00edbles j\u00f3venes. Los ni\u00f1os a los que tuve la oportunidad de guiar provienen de una educaci\u00f3n significativamente desfavorecida, ya sea econ\u00f3mica o familiar. Lo contrario tambi\u00e9n es cierto. Siento una gran satisfacci\u00f3n al ver crecer a estos ni\u00f1os, al verlos enfrentar desaf\u00edos y navegar ellos mismos hacia resultados positivos. Realmente es algo especial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q: <\/strong><strong>\u00bfTiene alguna historia favorita sobre su aprendiz que pueda compartir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>UNA: <\/strong>No creo que quisiera compartir ninguna historia en particular. Sin embargo, dir\u00e9 que es fascinante ver su crecimiento. Puedo recordar el momento en que ayud\u00e9 a ense\u00f1ar a mi aprendiz actual de la escuela secundaria a atarse su primer par de zapatos con cordones. Ahora jugamos al ajedrez juntos en la biblioteca y hablamos de cosas como las clases m\u00e1s impactantes que tomar\u00e1 en la escuela secundaria. Tuve las mismas experiencias con mis propios hijos, pero la tutor\u00eda tiene una din\u00e1mica diferente. Es como ver una serie de im\u00e1genes fijas donde se pueden recordar diferentes momentos por separado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: \u00bfQu\u00e9 impacto duradero espera tener en su aprendiz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>UNA: <\/strong>Realmente espero que, sin importar lo que la vida les depare a mis mentoreados en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, recuerden que alguien se ha preocupado por su bienestar.
