Si se perdi\u00f3 la hora feliz, consulte el folleto a continuaci\u00f3n, basado en la informaci\u00f3n de "Mentor\u00eda significativa.<\/a>“<\/em><\/p>\n

1. Escuche con atenci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Si\u00e9ntese con una postura abierta y tranquila. R\u00edase con su estudiante y muestre inter\u00e9s genuino en lo que dice y hace.
\nEscenario de ejemplo: su estudiante saca un libro sobre la Gran Barrera de Coral y comienza a hablar sobre \u00e9l. Escuchas mientras tu estudiante habla y te inclinas un poco en tu asiento.<\/p>\n

2. Haga preguntas atractivas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Limite la cantidad de preguntas que le hace a su estudiante durante su tiempo juntos
\nUtilice preguntas de "qu\u00e9" o "c\u00f3mo". Evite las preguntas de "por qu\u00e9".
\nEscenario de ejemplo: Mientras su estudiante habla sobre el libro, ocasionalmente preg\u00fantele a su estudiante \u201cqu\u00e9\u201d le gusta del libro o \u201cc\u00f3mo\u201d se interes\u00f3 en leer sobre la Gran Barrera de Coral.<\/p>\n

3. Resume el contenido y el sentimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cuando su estudiante hable o haga algo, ocasionalmente diga algo que resuma lo que dijo o hizo.
\nEscenario de ejemplo: Demuestre que estaba escuchando a su estudiante repitiendo, con sus propias palabras, lo que le oy\u00f3 decir. Incluya cualquier dato sobre la Gran Barrera de Coral sobre el que el estudiante pareciera m\u00e1s interesado en hablar.<\/p>\n

4. Autorrevelaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong><\/p>\n

D\u00edgale a su estudiante algunas cosas sobre usted a lo largo del tiempo. Utilice sus propias experiencias para explicar con m\u00e1s detalle algo que el estudiante est\u00e1 leyendo o haciendo para darle m\u00e1s contexto y crear una mejor comprensi\u00f3n.
\nEscenario de ejemplo: Cu\u00e9ntele a su estudiante sobre un momento en que visit\u00f3 un arrecife de coral. O d\u00edgale a su estudiante sobre un libro o art\u00edculo interesante que ha estado leyendo y p\u00eddale a su estudiante que le haga preguntas interesantes esta vez.<\/p>\n
