Ich bin letzten August als Kommunikationsdirektor zu Austin Partners in Education gekommen. Ich bin Jennifer Rees und ich werde die prim\u00e4re Bloggerin hier sein.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In den kurzen zwei Monaten, in denen ich hier war, habe ich erkannt, welche Vorteile es hat, f\u00fcr eine gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisation zu arbeiten, aber drei gro\u00dfe Freuden tauchen immer wieder auf.<\/p>\n<p>Das erste ist die Arbeit, die f\u00fcr Menschen wichtig ist, die sich darum k\u00fcmmern. Es macht es sicher einfach, zur Arbeit zu kommen.<\/p>\n<p>Die zweite besteht darin, mit Gleichgesinnten zusammenzuarbeiten, die sich ebenfalls f\u00fcr Bildung begeistern. Ich hatte das Gl\u00fcck, mit einigen herausragenden Crews in meinem Leben zusammenzuarbeiten, bin aber immer wieder erstaunt \u00fcber diese Gruppe f\u00fcrsorglicher Menschen. (Helfen Sie mit uns und Sie k\u00f6nnen sie auch treffen.)<\/p>\n<p>Die dritte gro\u00dfe Freude ist es, die Freiwilligen zu treffen, die diese Organisation leiten, und unerm\u00fcdlich ihre Zeit zu geben, um den Studenten in der Region Austin zum Erfolg zu verhelfen und eine Chance auf ein gro\u00dfartiges Leben zu haben.<\/p>\n<p>Damit Sie die gleiche Gelegenheit haben, unsere Freiwilligen zu treffen, habe ich eine hinzugef\u00fcgt <a href=\"http:\/\/austinpartners.org\/de\/spotlight\/\">Scheinwerfer <\/a>Seite zu unserer Website.
