Was ich an Dezember liebe, ist das Gef\u00fchl der Schlie\u00dfung, das ich in diesem Jahr bekomme. Es ist eine Zeit, die Dinge zusammenzufassen. Im B\u00fcro z\u00e4hlen wir unsere Erfolge und planen die neuen Entwicklungen im n\u00e4chsten Jahr. Das ist der einfache Teil. Es ist eine Bestandsaufnahme dar\u00fcber, wie ich mein Leben in den letzten zw\u00f6lf Monaten gelebt habe, was tiefes Tauchen erfordert. Die Frage ist, war ich der beste Mensch, den ich sein kann? Habe ich die Welt zu einem besseren Ort gemacht?<\/p>\n

In diesem Jahr habe ich versucht, M\u00fcll \u00fcberall dort aufzunehmen, wo ich ihn gefunden habe, obwohl ich zugebe, dass eine Abneigung gegen \u00fcbertragbare Krankheiten manchmal vor\u00fcbergehende Blindheit verursachte. Ich habe hart gearbeitet, um wirklich zuzuh\u00f6ren, wenn jemand meine Aufmerksamkeit brauchte. Dieser muss definitiv verbessert werden. Und nat\u00fcrlich treffe ich mich immer noch w\u00f6chentlich mit zwei 7th<\/sup>Klasse M\u00e4dchen als Reading Classroom Coach.<\/p>\n

Die Mitarbeiterin der Stadt Austin, Kathy Garland, hat APIE auf ihrer Spendenliste gehalten. Kathy ist in ihrem f\u00fcnften Jahr und gibt eine Stunde pro Woche als Klassencoach. Vielen Dank f\u00fcr Ihr Engagement f\u00fcr den Aufbau einer besseren Community!<\/p><\/div>\n

Dieses Ritual der j\u00e4hrlichen Reflexion hilft mir, den kommerziellen Hype in Schach zu halten und mich auf das zu konzentrieren, was an der Saison wirklich ist. Und es informiert immer meine \u201eSpendenkampagne\u201c f\u00fcr das kommende Jahr.<\/p>\n
